"Heerlijk hotel"

Super fijn hotel waar ik helaas maar 1 nacht bleef. Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en wil overal bij helpen. Kamer is comfortabel en ontbijt is goed.

Établissement simple et qualitatif avec un personnel aux petits soins. Possibilité de se restaurer le soir à l’établissement et locations de vélos et matériel de snorkelling disponibles sur place. Je vous conseille de réserver le snorkelling directement à l’établissement également !

Confort du lit acceptable pour un court séjour pour nous mais pas plus (nous sommes habitués à des matelas beaucoup plus épais)

"Estancia tranquila y agradable, trato excelente"

Habitación grande, desayunos deliciosos y personal muy agradable.

La piscina era algo pequeña para la cantidad de personas que estábamos alojadas en el hotel. El acceso al hotel no era cómodo, tenía muchos baches y no había suficiente luz por la noche.

"Staff is kind but not attentive to hygiene"

- Staff is kind and available (but not attentive to good hygienic practices, see below the negative aspects) - Very nice snorkeling experience - Rooms are very old, but they keep them clean

- Lack of good hygienic practices: I've seen the guys cleaning the toilet with bare hands and trimming the garden, and right after prepare our breakfast without washing hands with soap (only passing them under running water). It's dangerous. - also, they walk barefoot while serving breakfast. Eating while seeing the dirt under their feet when they walk is not nice. It's a hotel, not a beach! - they returned our laundry in the same dirty laundry bag we gave them, without any plastic cover for the washed clothes. Also, the clothes were neither folded nor ironed, just pressed into the bag. - room bathroom smells like chemicals during parts of the day (I confirm what another review said)

Das ist eine traumhafte Unterkunft! Das Personal ist so Mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war top! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Wir würden diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen!
