Three Chimneys Farm Accommodation

The accommodation was really lovely and it was in a lovely setting. I thought I had only booked a room so was really surprised at having the lovely lounge as well! Tea/ coffee making facilities. A lovely log burner, which the owner kept going for us when we went out in the evening and lit again in the morning before we were up! The horses came to feed off the hedge at the end of the garden and views went on for miles. It was really close to Bedgebury Christmas Lights, where we were visiting. We only stayed overnight but we would definitely stay longer and check out the surrounding area. Thank you Marion, you were great! Breakfast was delicious too.

The only thing I would say is the mattress was quite uncomfortable something easily rectified if others mention the same.

Everything about our stay was a delight. Arriving at the turn off for the farm with its avenue of trees, to the warm welcome from Marion, to the roaring wood fire on a cold day in the sitting room, the most comfortable bedroom and bed, warm duvet, lovely linen, great shower and hot water, to the delicious breakfast - we were enchanted. We could not recommend this stay more, if you are after peace, great views, gorgeous sunset, simple relaxation, this is for you. There is plenty around to visit, Bedgebury, Sissinghurst, Scotney, Bodiam and much more, as well as nice pubs for lunch (if you have room after breakfast) or an evening meal.

There is nothing we can fault from the map sent with our arrival instructions, (very helpful) to the good wishes as we left.

Idyllic location, very peaceful in the middle of the countryside. Beautiful grounds, very picturesque, surrounded by nature. Fridge, microwave and coffee making facilities exceeded expectations. Our host provided deliciousl breakfasts and good local recommendations.

A few spiders/webs lurking in corners of the rooms might not be to everyone's taste

Location is beautiful. Lovely views and peaceful. It has a big well cared for garden and is dog friendly. Friendly owner & good breakfast. We liked the fact that there was tea & coffee facilities in the room.

Location idelic. Would have liked a sink as it was advertised as with a kitchette. The shower had a problem with the drains but it was dealt by reducing the flow of the shower water which was disappointing. I hope it gets fixed. Otherwise the stay was very peaceful.

The gardens and location were very picturesque and far from any busy road. The hosts were very welcoming ( including Finn and solo) Far reaching views over the kent countryside. And a good breakfast! Close to nature.

Unfortunately, due to a little confusion over the booking, we had the smaller room ( with no patio/ garden access) but we're able to use the garden the following morning.
