I particularly appreciate one staff member there, whom I have also tipped.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff's behavior was subpar; it felt as though they were reluctant to accommodate me. The overall quality of the stay did not match the high price. Despite booking with complimentary breakfast included, I encountered numerous excuses and arguments from staff before finally receiving it. Additionally, there was an unexpected room change. Overall, my stay was marred by these issues, and I would not recommend this establishment.

Location was convenient for us - closer to a metro station, closer to our destination and also a good restaurant. Food provided at the property was also quite good. There was a living area outside the rooms which was quite convenient. Rooms were clean. Overall a good stay.

Nothing particular. Staff could have been more polite and trained.
