First and to clarify potential expectations this is not a luxury B&B. It doesn't pretend to be. If you have to go to the TT Assen track this is at least for me the number 1 option. Why: - it's located 6km max from the track - My room was spacious enough for one. - It's very clean and you have more in the room than you would expect (coffee machine, torch, bath gown etc.) - I had a nice terrasse - Breakfast was very very generous and complete. I wish I had more time to enjoy it - Jannie is a very nice hostess and I felt totally welcome Finally for this price I really don't know what you would want more. Definitely a bargain but a great one! additional info: you need to share the bathroom. There is a big dog and a small cat. I love animals so no issue for me ut...

Stayed for 1 night/ Delayed on the road, but they met me and checked me in/ The room is great/ the hostess is super/ I’ll definitely try to stay here for the night in the future

Peaceful, clean, comfortable, great host, excellent breakfast, happy donkeys.

Jannie provided a really lovely room with great views. It was very comfortable, clean and the breakfast was superb. I would very happily stay there again.
