Away from the crowd noise and music. Rather new or renovated inside. Fridge, good bathroom, good beds. Enough space in all types of rooms.

Sometimes hot water was not working.

We traveled from New York to Kathmandu for a leisure trip and stayed at Dreams Connect Hotel in Thamel for 19 days, booking through Booking.com. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was exactly as shown in the photos—very neat and tidy. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Both the traditional Nepali dishes and the continental food were absolutely delicious. Mr. Ramesh Thapa, the owner of the hotel, was present on-site and regularly engaged with guests to ensure their comfort and ask for feedback on how the experience could be improved. An excellent hotel overall—we highly recommend it!

Very nice location, many shops and restaurants are nearby. The staff is really helpful. Any issue, like exchange, taxi, laundry, or any food service were solved very quickly. Thank you ❤️
