Room is comfortable to accommodate my big family, towel, iron and board was provided, tv is there but not functioning. We spend most of the time admiring the majestic view of gunung kinabalu right in front of the stay

Tap water was freezing cold so we depend on water heater a lot for bathroom use, unfortunately the water heater not warm enough, but we still survive taking the shower, no shower gel/soap provided

connection wifi sangat teruk😢 dan air tidak kuat.. selimut ada yg bau hapak.. macam baru kena guna orang sangat kecewa saya bayar mahal tapi service macam ni saya dapat pastu air minuman tidak jernih pastu guna botol yang sudah diguna kamu just refilt ja air pastu air kekuningan lagi..
