Malgré qu'elle ne parle pas anglais, nous avons reçu un excellent accueil de la part de Laura. Son petit déjeuner est essentiellement sucré, comme souvent en Italie, mais un supermarché à proximité nous a permis de trouver quelques provisions supplémentaires. Le jardin est très agréable et de notre chambre, nous avions deux possibilités pour nous installer autour d'une table sur une vaste terrasse. Le quartier résidentiel est néanmoins proche de la gare et il y avait aussi un arrêt d'autobus au coin de la rue. La propriétaire accorde beaucoup de soin à la chambre et à la salle de bain, tout en étant très discrète.

Nous sommes en Italie, c'est un pays de café. Donc, si vous lisez ce commentaire et que, comme moi, vous ne buvez que du thé, emportez avec vous votre thé préféré.

The owner was very kind and responsive. Upon booking she warned us of the additional residence tax that would be paid on premises, so there were no surprises on that front. She was also quite accommodating in terms of breakfast timings. In regards to the BnB, the property is gorgeous, with a wonderful common front lawn and a spacious private porch.

The property is a convenient 10/15 minutes walk from the station, but the walk to the beach is treacherous and long: about 30 minutes walk with some roads lacking a sidewalk. The air conditioner is also hard to operate, with the remote requiring some force before it can properly send commands to the main unit. Lastly, I can confirm that the two guest units are linked by a single door that is not insulated well in terms of sounds. You can definitely hear the neighbors talk, but luckily we had a similar sleeping schedule. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

L'ambiente era tranquillo e pieno di verde. La camera essenziale ma con tutti i confort e perfettamente pulita Per quanto attiene la colazione io e mia madre abbiamo preso solo un caffe', un the ed un cornetto molto buono.
