Everything about the place it was clean, comfortable and I felt safe

I am very impressed with the service and the staff always willing to assist where they can

I did not eat breakfast because I did the mobile booking, on bed and breakfast basis but on my arrival I was told its the bed only and I need to pay extra for breakfast. secondly, its because I did not even sleep in the facility. I left as soon as I arrived due to the horrible state the room that we were given which is a hell hole, topped by the attitude of the host.

1. The attitude of the host was rather hostile to say the least. 2. The accommodation room that we were given was like a hell hole-small, so dark inside without any outward facing window and very hot in the very hot weather in Ladysmith. 3. Absence of the truth and transparency regarding breakfast. I booked on bed and breakfast basis online as the system indicated but on arrival I was told its not included, I need to pay extra money for it. Basically I would not recommend this place to anybody.
