AUVery narrow stairs, tiny room, mattress sagging/worn out. We couldn't stay there and had to find other accommodation. Host was not prepared to refund, not even for 1 night. Booking.com didn't help. Very disappointing after having booked with them for over 15 years

De eerste ochtend moesten we vroeg weg vanwege een excursie en daarvoor hadden we aangegeven wat neer te zetten zodat we onszelf wel zouden redden. Dat was erg summier, alleen wat ontbijtgranen en een sapje
NZBeautiful home, with stunning views. The host was more than accommodating and very lovely to chat with. The breakfast was delicious and the spa pool is a great experience, especially while watching the sunset over the water.

I saw photos of the spa pool and assumed we would have access to it. Turns out it would be an extra 50/hr. Maybe it was somewhere on site info but it was a surprise to both of us

We booked a spacious deluxe double room with aircon. This was a weekend away for my husband’s birthday We were given a small room with no aircon. We questioned this and were told there were no other rooms because the property was full. Whilst we stayed there was one other couple. The owner was very dismissive. We later sent a number of texts to the owner to express our concerns but received no replies. Instead of air con there was a fan and a fan heater. When you put the heater on it tripped the electricity. Also it was advertised that there was daily housekeeping, this did not happen. The bins were not emptied, no fresh towels etc. There was also meant to be use of a spa which was not available. When we checked out of the property we received a notification from booking.com to say that the owners had notified them to say that we had not checked in ! Therefore we would not be able to leave a review ! Very disappointing experience.
AUBreakfast was amazing, fresh and eggs cooked spot on. View was out of this world, absolutely spectacular sunsets. Perfect place to relax and recharge, close to town. Host was friendly and warm
