Le concept, la déco, le cadre, chambre spacieuse

Je n'ai pas apprécié les poils d'animaux sur un cousin "déco" posé sur le sofa, une serviette était caché derrière le radiateur vu la poussière dessus sûrement depuis un moment, et manoir =vieux parquet alors vous entendez tout les pas c'est bon à savoir. Et graviers et escaliers à l'entrée pas pratique si vous avez une poussette ou fauteuil roulant car l'accès PMR était plein de toiles d'araignée et la porte fermé. Je trouve que c'est dommage avec un tel endroit de manquer d'attention sur des détails qui du coup font que le prix devient un peu élevé.

Le manoir porte bien son nom Ravi du séjour adresse à retenir et à conseiller très calme originale près d'une sortie d autoroute

Our stay at Manoir des Rêves Sauvages was already a wonderful experience, but what happened after our trip made it truly unforgettable. During our vacation in March, I accidentally lost my drone after it became stuck at the top of a very tall tree on the property. Unfortunately, there was nothing we could do, and we had to leave feeling disappointed. Before departing, we left our contact information with the staff, but honestly, we never expected to see the drone again. To our complete surprise, about two months later, we received a phone call from the hotel informing us that they had managed to retrieve it. And today, we received a package containing our drone, carefully packed and shipped to us by post. This gesture perfectly reflects the incredible professionalism, kindness, and dedication of the people working here. The staff went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, and we are deeply grateful for their efforts. Beyond this amazing story, the hotel itself is truly unique. Each room has its own distinctive style and character, making the stay feel special and memorable. We were also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room upon check-in, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional hospitality and for helping us recover something that holds so many precious memories. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a unique and heartfelt experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Manoir des Rêves Sauvages. The rooms were very comfortable, spotless, and welcoming. Breakfast was perhaps a little on the expensive side, but we enjoyed it nevertheless — and it certainly kept us going throughout the day. We did not use the pool, but it looked very inviting. The domain itself is beautiful and very well maintained. What really made the stay special, however, was the staff. Although they seemed understaffed, they served us with a smile and were consistently hospitable, kind, and attentive. A special shout-out to Jean, who made our evening especially pleasant with the delicious wine Côte d’Auvergne (rosé) :) A lovely stay overall.

Le Manoir des Rêves Sauvages est une belle bâtisse ancienne dont l’image a bénéficié d’un soin tout particulier. La piscine est agréable, le parc est joli et propice à la détente. Quant au personnel, il est irréprochable : accueillant, souriant et constamment prêt à se plier en quatre pour compenser des défauts qui relèvent davantage de la conception de l’établissement. L’hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter la région (il est notamment à environ 30min du Parc Animalier d’Auvergne)

Dommage que le même niveau d’attention n’ait pas été accordé à des aspects moins photogéniques, comme le confort et l’insonorisation des chambres. Résultat : on profite avec une rare précision acoustique des conversations, déplacements et autres activités de ses voisins. Une expérience immersive digne d’un hôtel Formule 1, mais avec davantage de prétentions. La chambre Tigre est peut-être la seule concernée?… 🤔 Mention spéciale également aux nombreuses mouches qui avaient manifestement réservé la chambre avant nous et semblaient considérer les lieux comme leur résidence principale.
