De gastvrijheid van de gastheren was super! De matras was wel heel zacht en zakte te veel in in het midden. Maar omdat ik aangaf veel last van mijn rug te hebben werd er snel een vervangende matras gehaald waardoor ik fijn heb kunnen slapen. Op verzoek werd een eenvoudige maar prima warme maaltijd bereid 's avonds en ontbijt was ook eenvoudig maar prima. Goede prijs - kwaliteit verhouding!

Behalve de matras was alles prima in orde. En dat werd dus ook voor me opgelost.

It's the service and friendliness of the staff for us. This is my 2nd time of visiting India and 3rd time for my husband. We selected the same place for all these three times just because it's very trustworthy. They allowed us early check-in with our flight schedules with a very short notice and even the services such as taxies, tea and dinner etc. which are asked by us. Very flexible services with super comfortable room.

Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig und schön, sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war gut.

Die Zimmer gehen alle von einem Gemeinschaftszimmer ab, entsprechend laut ist es, wenn sich die weiteren Gäste in dem Gemeinschaftsraum zum Frühstück oder Essen etc. aufhalten weil es direkt vor dem eigenen Zimmer ist. Am letzten Abend kannten sich verschiedene Gäste anscheinend und ließen ihre Zimmertüren offen und stritten sich lauthals im Gemeinschaftszimmer, Fernseher liefen laut etc pp. Kurzum es kam uns so vor als wenn wir nicht in einem Hotel sondern in einer privaten Wohnung waren in der wir zufällig ein Zimmer hatten. Etwas befremdlich, unangenehm und laut.

We loved our stay here! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was super to explore Delhi. It was safe and easy to find transport right outside the residence. The bed was very comfortable. The internet worked very well, as did the air conditioner. The breakfast was delicious. It is a basic, affordable place, and we will definitely choose it again the next time we visit Delhi!

I was taken to another property, which was like an apartment. I was made to share the apartment with 2 other guests. No signage, no food service, no public infrastructure available around this 'apartment'. Most importantly, they don't provide invoice even after multiple follow ups.

Absolutely unprofessional and i will not recommend this to anyone. They cancelled last minute the day of check in, called us and told us to make the cancellation on booking.com and refused to do it themselves. They didn’t furnish any reason or apology and pretended they’re doing us a favour by giving us the refund (which we were entitled to anyway). They suggested another property but refused to connect us with them. Truly awful and unprofessional behaviour. Book at your own risk.

Nothing cause they cancelled last minute and without warning.
