L'accueil et la gentillesse de l'hôte. Les équipements proposés pour se faire à manger. Le petit déjeuner proposé était délicieux et copieux. Le logement était spacieux et avec beaucoup de charme. La facilité de stationnement devant le gite. Et son emplacement à proximité du Mont-Saint-Michel.
