Kambario su balkonu (jis komplekse toks vienas) nepatariu rinktis šeimoms su vaikais, nes balkonas nesaugus - du skersiniai pagaliai kaip diendaržyje nesudaro reikiamos apsaugos nuo iškritimo. Be to, balkono apdaila arba nebaigta, arba pasirinktas daržinės stilius.
