Convenient with an excellent host who was very helpful. Good cooked breakfast. A tidy and clean room with all facilities needed.

On-site car parking needed careful arrangement. Okay provided you were prepared to let the hosts move your car if necessary (which I was).

Room was small, but had everything we needed. Private bathroom was across the corridor but freshly washed bathrobes were thoughtfully provided for trips to the bathroom. Delicious home cooked breakfast.

Hosts were very friendly, had a great chat with Paul who was very helpful in giving us directions to the Tavistock Wharf and recommendations on where to eat in town. Breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much trouble, with plenty of tea and extra toast if you wanted it. This is a great little B&B all round and excellent value if you are looking for a short stop over. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Accueil un peu directif sur le système de dépose des clés dans paniers commun pour que notre hôte déplace les voitures. Chambre un peu trop «  vieillotte » mais literie hyper confortable. Réveil au milieu de la nuit du au bruit à l’étage au dessus

Ideally situated B&B. Hosts were exceptional and very helpful. Really enjoyable breakfast overlooking the river.
