Lovely country farmhouse style - spotlessly clean. Warm welcome and advice given by owner. Recommended a fabulous restaurant for dinner. The breakfast was exceptional.

I loved learning about winemaking at Podere Orto itself but also about all the work in the region related to sustainable farming and healthy, traditional foods. Breakfast at Podere Orto under the grapevine outside was fabulous, as was the food in nearby osterias and restaurants.

location was great, with nature reserve and historical small towns minutes away. The wine produced at Podere Orto was top notch, as were the hosts that were experts on the wine and of the region.
Nothing to not like. Down to earth, with a commitment to quality and excellence.
