⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolute gem in the heart of Palermo! We stayed at MAD Bed & Breakfast and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Santino went above and beyond, he kept in touch while we were traveling from Canada, checking in to make sure of the time we landed to make sure he was at the B&B when we arrived. He welcomed us with kindness (and espresso!) and took the time to sit with us, marking a personalized map full of must-see spots based on what we love. The place itself is small, charming, and spotless,quiet, cozy, and truly feels like home. The location is perfect for exploring Palermo on foot. As someone who eats gluten-free, I was blown away by the thoughtful breakfast options Santino prepared for me. We honestly could not have dreamed of a better stay. MAD is more than a B&B — it’s a warm welcome to Sicily.

Santino gave us a warm welcome. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. The service we received was outstanding! If you're planning to stay in Palermo, this B&B is definitely a must-book.

L'accueil et les conseils de notre hôte étaient très utiles L'emplacement est parfait.

Attention si vous arrivez en voiture, le parking est à 20 minutes à pieds et payant. Il est cher mais très pratique.

"Great place to stay in Palermo!"

Location was excellent! Walking to all major city sites and lots of shopping. Our host Santino and Antonella were very helpful and kind! Highly recommend!

Using the key to open the door was a little tricky.

"Cute and clean place with great location and in the safe neighborhood in Palermo."

Great location 5 minutes away from Quattro Canti. Our hosts Antonella and Santino were very friendly and helpful. Antonella gave us great recommendations about what to see in the city, where to eat, and tips about getting to and from the city.

There was no hot water in the first few hours, but Santino fixed it quickly after we messaged him. The boiler needed to be restarted, then it was fine for the rest of the trip.

Very clean and cosy B&B. Nicely decorated and very friendly and helpfull owner. The location is also super!

The beds are a bit hard for our Experience.
