Super comfy room and bed, lovely and clean, host very welcoming and would highly recommend.

Possible addition could be a voile for the big door to shield from view during the daytime.

Can’t say there was anything wrong with property

The room was lovely, modern and clean and immaculate . The decor was tasteful. The owners came out and spoke to my husband and were lovely and friendly. There was tea and coffee with biscuits provided with a kettle and milk pods and a bottle of water which was all replenished during the second day. The room was also cleaned and tidied for us.

The property is joined-on annexe to the owner’s house. There was quite a bit of noise from them during the Saturday when we were trying to take a nap. You also can see and hear the neighbours who were seated very close to the other side of the bathroom window talking loudly at several points during the weekend. The property is located up a very steep hill which was challenging even for us age 50(ish). The most offputting thing about staying here is that the complete side of the room is a patio window with an motorised roller blind which you have the choice of having up, down or halfway up. If it’s up, anyone walking past or in the houses opposite can see you lying in bed. You can’t enjoy the sunlight without losing your privacy. If a short fence was put up outside similar to the decorative fence to the side of the property it would make a substantial improvement to the experience of staying there, by giving some privacy from the road and other houses.
