Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Bardzo bezpiecznie, obiekt z kamerami, wszystkie drzwi działają na kartę. Duży plus za dostępność rowerów z koszyczkiem, choć małych ale zawsze przydatnych szczególnie gdy trzeba szybko podjechać na zakupy. Do plaży bardzo blisko, jakieś 400 metrów. Bezpośredni dojazd z lotniska komunikacją miejską. W godzinach porannych i wieczornych autobusem linii 38. Dojazd do dworca kolejowego w Pescara autobusem linii 3.

Jedyny minus to jakość materacy. Muszą zostać wymienione. Sofa, na której spałem była niewygodna. To jedyne minusy. Wszystko pozostałe na plus.

La camera era meravigliosa e spaziosa. Pulizia top e vi era la possibilità di usare delle biciclette per muoversi ! Il letto era comodissimo, abbiamo dormito molto bene.

The studio was clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The owner was exceptionally friendly and considerate and we were welcomed even before the official check-in time. Very close to the beach. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and genuine.

The property was very clean and it had everything I needed for my stay. The kitchen has all the essentials to cook and there is a coffee machine available and free coffee capsules to use! Also the little balcony is a gem! The host was always available if needed and everything went smoothly. Position of the b&b is perfect to go to the beach by foot!

I liked everything of the property.

"A stay in lovely Pescara"

A spacious apartment with a comfortable king-size bed and near to local buses, shops, restaurants and the beautiful beach. Our host was wonderful and so helpful from the start of our stay. A few days before we were due to return home, I had an accident resulting in a broken hip and he drove my husband to the hospital following the ambulance and helped him sort out all the problems that ensued.

There was no kettle to make tea in the morning (but a very good coffee machine). No problem, we bought a cheap one from the local hardware store
