L’appartamento si trova in una posizione davvero perfetta: pieno centro, a due passi dalla stazione e vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Questo ci ha permesso non solo di goderci Pescara senza spostarci troppo, ma anche di visitare facilmente altre località dell’Abruzzo in giornata. La stanza era impeccabilmente pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili, dandoci tanti consigli utili per la nostra vacanza. Un ringraziamento speciale anche a Cristina, la signora delle pulizie, sempre sorridente e pronta a suggerirci le spiagge più belle da visitare. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la presenza di capsule per il caffè, oltre a tutto l’occorrente per cucinare o riscaldare qualcosa. Un dettaglio davvero gradito e inaspettato è stato trovare in camera un ombrellone, utilissimo nelle calde giornate di agosto: arrivando in aereo non avremmo potuto portarlo con noi, ed è stato un valore aggiunto preziosissimo. Un soggiorno che ci ha lasciato davvero soddisfatti sotto ogni aspetto!

Excellent location, close to the sea, city centre, shops, restaurants and train station. Facilities are very good, comfortable, clean, kitchen with all your needs. Best value for money in Pescara that we found.

High quality and cozy B&B. Comfy beds premium feel bedsheets and towels. Great location, quiet but a few steps from main streets full of buzzing cafes and bars; beach and station 10 minutes. Kind responsive host.

Very clean and during our stay we had our room cleaned- it was excellent. Kitchen well equipped. Easy access to property and good contact with the owner.

The smell in the room wasn’t nice, like dampness. It was very hot in the kitchen and we couldn’t open the windows there.

It was a great BnB next to the bus station, which for us was very convenient. The host was extremely attentive, and the room details were well thought of. We had a long trip in Italy and this particular BnB was most aware to the guests' needs. Definitely recommend.

Nothing really, everything was great!

The location was close to the transport network and central but it was fairly quiet. There was a mix up which I had raised with the hostess and she fixed it as soon practicable possible.
