All the services was excellent beyond expectation.

I went for Puja in Kamakhya temple at 3am and returned at 12pm because of too much rush. I had to stand in queue for long 8hours. But when I returned to the hotel. I saw my scattered luggage in their lobby. Very very bad experience. After a hectic day I didn't even get the chance for a clean up. I was arranging my suitcase as all its items were scattered on the floor. Very disappointed 😞 For one extra hour they couldn't wait and threw my belongings on the floor. On the check in day I entered hotel at 10pm. So approximately I stayed only for one day. I paid in full. Still received this treatment

The hotel is located at a convenient location. The rooms are good and the staff is very helpful.

Bougainvillea gave a feeling of a home away from home.

The property and the room were super clean, tidy, and comfortable. Staff, caretakers are very helpful and willing to make your stay calming (Nirmal Nath is an easygoing, helpful, and caring person). All main activities are closer. Less than a minutes walk, and you can have auto rickshaws standing near the main road. Overall, if you need a comfortable place for family, this can be an ideal place.
