The surrounding was serene

The mattress was not comfortable and the wooden floor making lots of creaking noise as you walked

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay, and found the accommodation very comfortable, clean and peaceful. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly, I would highly recommmend.

Location was very quiet, room was spacious, breakfast very nice and our hostess Kay was very accommodating

Loved the area, really quiet, some lovely walks around the lakes. The room was huge, comfortable and clean. Free WiFi. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice is available and Kaye was incredibly accommodating, my husband is Gluten intolerant and was able to have most things on the breakfast menu. The room had a decent amount of tea, coffee and milk which was nice. Some people may feel the decor is a bit dated, but I loved it, it had Old Farm Charm.

The only tiny tiny irk I had was the TV in the room was very small and was on a TV arm that didn't tilt left to right, so I was unable to lie in bed and watch TV comfortably in the morning with my cuppa!
