B&B La Rocca

Super warm welcome by the owners, breakfast above expectations, great tuscan house (old, but with great atmosphere), beautiful surrounding, breathtaking view, we'll definitely be back :)

Just little comment: bathroom, though private, was not connected directly with the room, but had to be reached through common, dinning room.

Historic place , like a movie . Time -travelling experience.

100% recommend staying here! Amazing scenery surrounds the property and town. The B&B is in an old building with a lot of history and stunning architecture. The breakfast included was delicious. Leonardo was a great host who gave us lots of information on what we could do in the nearby areas, but also gave us a list of sites to see in Rome.

The vibe of the place was phenomenal. The hospitality was unmatched, and the food was great. The place is an older building, so don't expect the furniture to be new or modern, but if you're looking for an experience this is more of a advantage than a disadvantage. All in all I really recommend this place.

There wasn't anything we disliked.

It’s really unique pleace with a soul and amazing hosts. The views, landscape are incredible. Building is like a museum, like a history, alive history. And the smile of Isabelle and her hospitality is worth of every price. This place far exceeded our expectations. Nice for stay when you plan to visit Florence.

Everything was perfect

Isabella cooked us an anniversary meal and served us in the tower. This was the absolute BEST ITALIAN FOOD we have ever had!!! She went way over and beyond to make it very very special for us. We are still amazed!!! If you want family cooked recipes of excellent Italian food, Isabella is your lady!!!! So so sweet!!!

That we could t stay longer;(;(:( She even gives cooking classes which we would have loved to attend but we didn't have enough time due to the lovely anniversary dinner she prepared for us. She even went into town to buy us our favorite wine to go with dinner;):):) She had candles lit up in the tower to make it romantic for us!!! amazing

The house and the owners are equally as amaizing and 100x more so than I expected when we booked this trip! The location is absolutely wonderful with a great view. The little town of Carmignano has a few shops and restaurants that we enjoyed and our hosts were very helpful by recommending places to visit while there, as well as navigating the public transport. The breakfast service was excellently planned and we enjoyed that we could have it at any time during the morning, as early or as late as we wanted and there was always enough food and variety on the table. The room, the bathroom (that we shared with another room) and common areas were all very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent if you want to enjoy Tuscan countryside.

The only issue we had during our trip had nothing to do with the property itself and just with the public transport you have to take to get there/ if you want to explore the area, Florence for example. It's something to think about if that's your plan but honestly next time I'm there I'd rather stay and enjoy Carmignano alone for a few days!
