Very friendly and helpful welcome; nice spacious room; parking close to room; generally a quiet location; fantastic breakfast; excellent included wifi; we had the adjoining cottage with our own entrance so it was easy to come and go; excellent central heating

This is a working farm so some early morning noise (to be expected). The shower pressure was rather low.
