地理位置不錯，門口就是公車站牌，九份老街就在民宿後面，走上去約10分鐘就到了。 九份教會旁的觀景台風景很美。 三樓風景很棒，外面有大陽台，可以看到海景及外面的景色。

要從旁邊的階梯小路進入民宿，對於有大行李及兒童推車的旅客，很不方便。

房間寬敞整潔，早餐由人員送來，內容蠻健康的。 在停車一位難求的九份老街附近能協助停車也很感謝💐

廁所沒有門鎖，不過是和家人一起住所以不構成問題啦

"離九分老街超近，可看到不同街景的老街。cp值很高。只是當初沒看清楚自己選的是沒附早餐的方案，早上的九份老街能選的早餐只有711，或睡晚點離開順便吃早午餐"
