It’s the best accommodation I have had over the past 4 weeks of my holiday, very clean, tidy and comfortable, and the friendly, helpful staff too. On the day of my arrival, I couldn’t find the way to the accommodation ( my mobile phone’s network wasn’t too good), I called the accommodation, and the staff came to the train station to pick me up…. I was so touched by the hospitality…

Super location, near the train, ferry and the heart of Salerno. Although it's a room, it feels like a separate apartment. Good communication, self check-in and check-out (a bit impersonal, but comfortable). Very comfortable bed. A good option for 1-2 night stay in Salerno.

There was no extra blanket (although there's an A/C in the room). The water pressure in the shower is a joke, the only reason we gave 8 and not a 10. You can hear the flushing sounds through the wall of the adjacent room all too well.

房东很好，沟通顺畅，回复及时，推荐游览景点很有价值。住宿入住方便，房间在4楼，有电梯，但需用钥匙才能使楼层按钮工作，有趣的体验。房间干净整洁，有冰箱和咖啡机，房东提供的咖啡不错，楼下咖啡面包店的羊角面包很好吃。住宿位置好，离码头和火车站步行数分钟。

お客様をもてなす気持ちの欠如 部屋の鍵が郵便にあるなんて危険⚠️ エレベーターの鍵が、リザーブしたエレベーターを使う。エレベーターの使用法を丁寧に説明してもらいたい。６階の入り口のコードもわかりやすく説明してもらいたい。➡︎部屋の入り口の鍵 ここまで複雑な入室を利用者に求めているのなら、ブッキングから、外してもらいたい。 理屈を理解できれば、快適であるが、到着した時には、オーナーは、立ち会い、ビルの入室方法、エレベーターの使用法、６階の５桁のコードでの扉オープン方法、部屋の入室方法の事前立ち会い説明は、マスト 全くオーナーの自己満足しか、伝わらなかった。

Very clean and tidy, host Sonya was friendly and helpful, close to the ferry terminals and the train station.
