Very expensive for what was provided.

Lovely staff on site, great breakfast every morning and a good view.

The location and view was lovely. Wendy, the temporary check in person looked after us well and we enjoyed meeting the resident collie.

Breakfast was very poor indeed. There were ants on the food the buffet and we had to find someone to take our order for tea/coffee and cooked food. By this time we had been waiting for about 20 minutes. Our server was confused about our order so we simplified it. When the food did arrive (scrambled eggs) we were under the impression they’d been pre-prepared. I couldn’t eat mine.

My room was very dirty, they didn’t clean for 4 days in a row. The sheets were dirty, they didn’t gave us shower towels, our balcony was also dirty. The breakfast was the worse i ever seen, they didn’t tell us what was the breakfast menu… we find dirty stuff in our bedroom floor that belonged to the cleaning ladies. The lights were always off from 06:00 pm to 05:00 am. Nobody was at the reception to give us any informations about the dirty sheets and shower towels. The owner is not a nice person, he is a bit racist… Andrew was the only nice person I meet in the first day, after that I never saw him again. After 4 days we left to another place. Not a nice place at all.

It’s a beautiful and stylish accommodation. It’s new, fresh and comfortable.

The staff with Bryan, Andrew and Loveness made us fell very comfortable. We have had the most unforgettable hotelstay ever. Every morning, fresh fruit, bread, coffe/the, almost whatever we wanted. Bryan asked us a lot of times what he could do for us, make us feel taken care of. Loveness took care of the breakfast and us. Perfect scrambled egg for breakfast almost every day for some of us. Daily talking with Bryan made us feel at home! The hotel view is spectakular, the pool is cleaned every day and the garden which Bryan takes care of is wonderful! We loved our 2 weeks stay in Hout Bay view. An absolute suprise was the champagne breakfast at my birthday, Thank you all so much! Loved every part of it, including the decorated table, the card (in Norwgian:-)), the songs and everything! Thanks a lot for your effort💖 Elin og Stein Harald + the "kids"
