"Overpriced"

Lobby and backyard is very nice.

Breakfast was outstanding! Cleaning staff were sweet and thorough. Reception also very good. We loved the lemonade throughout the day..Nice touch.

The temperature in the room was inconsistent. It was always humid.

"Lovely place"

The location was great. The rooms were lovely and so comfortable. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. Loved the porch area. Being greeted by the most cute little dog.

I think the breakfast could be improved slightly to include more cooked options. The guy singing at the back at night was kinda noisy when you just needed to sleep.

How close it was to Duval, basically right out your door

Toilet not enough water pressure. Next time will ask not to be upstairs. If you plan to take naps, music next door is to loud.
