wonderful breakfast with good variety

Breakfast items were the same every day, so by the third day a little variety would have been appreciated. Pool was located more than a block away at another property. The proximity to Duvall Street brings down this rating and could not be improved by the staff - the noise from nearby bars (including extremely loud music until at least 11 pm, heard clearly through historic window with zero insulation), a lot of foot and car traffic immediately outside the inn.

The location puts it within walking distance for pretty much everything you want to see in Key West. The staff does not speak much English but are very good at communicating. They were friendly and helpful.

Because you are so close to everything, the music from Duval can be loud and annoying. The power went out or last night there so the room was stuffy and we couldn't get coffee or breakfast before we had to leave.

Amazing location, clean room, and great staff.

Parking was limited, but they gave us a tag for parking in the city garage for $15/day. It was quite a walk from the location, but less pricy than other places. It was also noisy, but that was expected since it was a block of Duval. The worse noise was from the rooster that started crowing at 3 AM. They did provide a sound machine that helped. I would still stay there again.

I didn’t see when I booked the room there wasn’t an elevator, so the stairs to our room were a challenge for me.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, excellent location.

The bathroom in our room was in serious need of an upgrade and water pressure in the shower was just a trickle.

The breakfast was outstanding! The staff was very efficient and pleasant! They did an excellent job from serving breakfast to cleaning the room and helping us with any questions we had. They made our stay over the top.

Great location, very comfortable room and charming place overall.

Its quite overpriced for the place. The breakfast was quite mediocre. Terrible coffee and no tea. We ended up going to a Cafe around the corner for decent breakfast. They provide parking for a small fee but it about half mile walk away. Basically you wonder why they are charging what they do for the stay with below luxurious services.

L’accueil détestable , pas un seul mot à l’accueil ou au départ.. La taille des chambres , l’état de la salle de bain, le dressing miteux !

Hotel molto carino, si vede che era una casa tipica. le stanze sono spaziose e molto cozy. Ottima posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Key West. La piazza principale dove si va la sera si trova a meno di 5 minuti.

Estremamente rumorosa. Capisco che siamo a Key West ma tra la musica dei 2-3 bar dietro le camere, i galli che cantano a qualsiasi ora della notte, ed i condizionatori (c'è un condizionatore molto rumoroso, un deumidificatore ed un'altra macchina) è molto difficile dormire se si ha il sonno leggero.
