Very nice cozy little apartment located in the silent part of Kerkrade. The owners are extremely nice and friendly. The breakfast offered is very rich and will satisfy any taste. Although the apartment is really small, it has everything you might need - fully equipped kitchenette with coffee-machine, showers, TV and isolated sleeping area in the 2nd level.

You might feel a bit weird if you are tall - but not necessarily, I was quite comfortable with my 1.75 cm even in the sleeping area.

No bad points, it was a very nice place

Anja was very responsive and helpful, even though we did not like the size of the tiny house, it was very inventive and there was a lot of thought put into the use of space.The outdoor space was very nice. Anja and the handyman were very friendly.

The description of the room should not have been a deluxe room. In general terms, deluxe means grand or opulent. The "room" was a tiny house, with a loft with very steep stairs. After reviewing the information given on booking.com, I did see that the square footage was listed correctly as 20 square meters (214 sq feet) and that was an oversight on my part. I was also under the impression that breakfast was included in the price, but that had to be reserved at the time of booking. By clicking on the room selection, there was an option to select a meal plan on the site. We felt that this too should have been more clear on the booking.com site. The word optional or extra charge could have been mentioned. On the site it also mentioned laundry facilities, which were most likely in a different room and not available to us. Though Anja did offer to add a few items in her wash, we declined. We did not want to add work for her. In short, we would not book the tiny house room again. The French room seemed bigger.
