Camera un po’ piccola ma ben servita

Schöne, ruhige Lage, wenn nicht gerade extrem lärmige Baustelle in der Nähe, wie bei unserem Aufenthalt, ausserhalb des Touristenstroms, idealer Gratisparkplatz, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Bett- und Duschtücher hinterliessen einen wenig sauberen Eindruck, bzw. unangenehmen Geruch

Great location. Excellent parking. Great owner on property. Very comfortable stay.

Google maps does not point as clearly to the location. But we found it in the end.

Good location, spacious parking and a large terrace

The hygiene and maintenance standards were disappointing. The bed was prepared without a duvet cover, using an old duvet and a worn out blanket on top. The bedding looked very old, the pillows were flat and heavily worn. Towels were dark, unusually soft, and labeled for washing at 40°C, which did not feel appropriate for rental use. There was lot of visible dust, mirrors were cloudy, and the hand soap dispenser was almost empty. As we only stayed two nights with the busy schedule during the day, and the issues appeared to reflect the overall standard rather than a one-time oversight, we did not request replacements during our stay.

Great old 250 year old Italian mansion renovated and turned into apartments. Location is 10/10 2 min from the Sea, IT has 2 beautiful teraces, parking and its own small park with ancient pinetrees. Truly a special place.
