Rooms Barbieri Rovinj

Heidi greeted us as soon as we arrived. She was welcoming and friendly. She gave us advice about the city, where to go and what to visit. The location was perfect! We were just a few minutes walk from the beach and close to the port and old town of Rovinj. Our room had a double bed and the small bed for our son with a private bathroom. The room had two windows, which was very refreshing, especially for the warm weather. Both windows faced the garden. Honestly, we had a very pleasant stay at Barbieri Rooms. If you like and prefer a cozy and charming room with a good price near the beach, definitely visit Heidi at Barbieri's Rooms. Many thanks to Heidi.

Great host...very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. A block or two off harbor and main area of town. Nice and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay in the room...... and using the kitchen in the morning was very pretty. The room we had is very comfortable, clean and well decorated with a good bed. The location was perfect, and the owner of the apartment was very kind and helpful.

No suggestions for improvement. Everything was fab.

Less than 5 mins between an early evening last minute booking with parking need and arrival, and Mrs Barbieri was already there in the front yard waiting. A very warm greeting followed with lots of information in answer to our questions, including a recommendation to eat at nearby La Boca which we were happy with. The king size room has access to a terrace both at the front and at the back. The latter has provision for cooking with a fridge, sink, stove and utensils and a table & chairs. The bathroom though on the small side is adequate with a powerful shower. The location is great being minutes away from the sea front, marina and old town with lots of restaurants and bars along the way. There is a supermarket called Tommy a minute away too. The very best thing is the possibility to leave your car in the very spacious front yard after check out. All the other family members we met are lovely and helpful. Rovinj is stunning and freedom from parking headache at the Barbieri's doubles its enjoyment!

For me personally the mattress felt too soft and the bedding could do with an update but everything else more than made up for these for an overnight stay.
