June’s b&b

Clean and June’s is very accommodating. Closed to the Knock Shrine

A bit cold in the evening.

Nice quiet location near to Knock Shrine.

Our room was very close to the kitchen so the noise from the coffee machine etc was very loud in the morning . We followed directions to the properly using Google maps and the eircode used on the booking but it directed us to another property a few minutes drive away. When we rang June she seemed annoyed at us for being at the wrong address and admittedly we were running late as we had car issues but I had updated her with our ETA via text but she wasn’t very pleased about that either . Her husband / partner made up for her lack of hospitality and was very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was lovely.

Lovely friendly welcome

Very friendly and food was lovely, sat and had coffee with us which was a nice touch!!

No bath in room, but shower was very powerful, and the atmosphere of the whole place made up for it!!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui perché era sul nostro tragitto ma non si tratta di una posizione particolarmente strategica e il prezzo non è proporzionato all’offerta, considerato anche che il bagno era condiviso

June’s B&B was an extremely cozy place to stay. June herself is a very gracious and warm hostess. Our room was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable, shower pressure was great, and the breakfast was fantastic. We happened across this B&B because it was more or less bang in the middle of our drive between destinations on a short winter holiday, and I’m very glad we did so. If we find ourselves in Ireland once more, we’ll definitely stay here again.
