Expected it to be a little more rural but sits in middle of council estate and still maintaining COVID social distancing

A friendly and helpful couple that runs the B&B, lots of local knowledge. Spacious room with an extremely comfortable, extra large bed. Huge breakfast in the mornings, enough to last all day. We were visiting friends nearby, so the location was perfect for us. Will definitely book it again.

There was nothing to dislike, it suited us perfectly.

"Perfect weekend away. Felixstowe nice seaside. Explored all along sea front and took ferry over to Harwich."

Quiet cosy cottage central to sea front and town. Friendly hosts and lovely breakfast.
