This hotel exceeded every expectation — from the warm welcome to the stunning design and spotless rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The location was great, the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was perfect.

Staff amazing and communication amazing

Late breakfast 8:30 is very late for Americans. Prefer an option for coffee and a croissant at 6:30 to catch the early train.

I stayed for three nights, and so glad I did. The property is lovely and convenient to exploring the wonders of Tivoli. Stefano and everyone on the team is really amazing, professional, knowledgeable and so nice! My room was spotless and very spacious. The arrangements with some of the best local restaurants for a discount made the price/value even better!

Lovely converted convent, well situated for the town and a short walk from the Villa d’Este (which was absolutely stunning and a must see in Tivoli).

There were steps from the parking area to the property, although we had help with the luggage.

Room is spacious and beautiful, and air conditioning worked well. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We asked about their private parking location, and got clear information quickly. Although it requires exact time coordination for checking in and parking, the staff is very responsive and helpful. They helped with carrying our luggages as well up and down the stairs from private parking.

The property was beautiful and the rooms were very nicely appointed. The host was beyond kind providing all kinds of suggestions and advice and was super responsive. The breakfast was exceptional - the best of our stay in Italy. Would 100% return.
