Excellent location in central Cagliari. Easy walking distance to both train station and bus stops. Elisabetta caters to every need providing information about the area and recommendations of where to visit and where to go to eat. Bedroom was immaculately clean, sheets and towels are changed when required also. Breakfast served by Elisabetta includes traditional Sardinian delicacies which I may not of experienced otherwise. I was also given some food to take to the beach for the day. Spare toiletries and items are available on the welcome desk, I was also able to borrow an umbrella for he beach.

A good variety of Italian foods

Elisabetta and her daughter were great hosts. Highly recommend.

Very quiet location but with loads of restaurants and bars just around the corner. Very nicely decorated room and bathroom. Great shower. AC in room. Coffee machine in room. Very good breakfast with a special delicacy each morning :-). Free parking on the street although you need to go up near the university to get a spot. It was nice to have a chat in the kitchen in the morning with the hosts.

Pillows were a bit on the side. Prefer a flatter one.

I have read many positive feedbacks about the apartment, and after spending my vacation there, I have to say that it is all absolutely true! I believe this accommodation is the best option for solo travelers or if you are traveling with a partner. The apartment is very clean and is cleaned every day. It is very neat, stylish, exactly as in the pictures. There are only three rooms, so it is cozy and pleasant to stay in. I also liked the breakfast; it is simple but very tasty (fresh croissants every morning). I felt welcomed and received information about places to visit in Cagliari, as well as a guide. Although my check-out was at 11:00, I still had a day ahead before my flight, and I was offered to leave my baggage to enjoy the city, which was very kind. Also, the apartment has a superb location, in the center close to all cafes, restaurants, bars, and public transport. The place is also safe. Wi-Fi works great. You also have a small fridge and air conditioner in the apartment if you need them. I was very delighted and glad that all the positive feedback I had read was actually true. My recommendation.

The location is fascinating. You can easily have access to the city center. While this room is not directly facing the street, so the sounds of vehicles don’t influence. And the room is big and clean. The staff will clean it every day.

The sound proofing of the whole building was not that great (I assume it might be a common issue for old buildings in this area). So you might hear some noise from neighbors. It’s better to have a pair of earplugs if you are sensitive to sounds.
