Camera tranquilla letti molto comodi. Il porto (e quindi anche il traghetto) si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi. Colazione a buffet abbondante. Ana è stata molto gentile: ci ha aspettate mezz'ora oltre all'orario del checkin convenuto.

Geluk met een kamer met balkon met vrij uitzicht op zee en het eiland Faial aan de ene kant en aan de andere kant op de berg van Pico. Mooie zonsondergang, als het niet bewolkt is. Grote supermarkt die elke dag open is om de hoek. Op loopafstand van restaurants en ferry.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it felt more like a home than a hotel. Our room had a beautiful ocean view, which made every day really unforgettable. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were looking for. A special thank you to Anna, who was incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming. She did everything possible to make our 3-day stay comfortable and enjoyable, and her hospitality truly made a difference. The breakfast was excellent, and having a store nearby was very convenient. Overall, the hotel had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We left with wonderful memories and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The only small downside was that speciality our room was located next to the reception area and the kitchen, so it could be a bit noisy in the mornings. It might be worth considering a better soundproofed door for this room.

Hotel di recente costruzione con camere ampie ben pulite, dotate di bagno privato e alcune con vista sulla città e sulla vicina isola di Faial. Molto premurosa l'accoglienza di Ana, prodiga di tanti utili consigli. In meno di 10 minuti a piedi si arriva al centro con parecchi ristorantini; molto più vicino un supermercato con un banco tavola calda dove è possibile mangiare. Colazione adeguata. Parcheggio gratuito a disposizione. Rapporto qualità prezzo nel mese di Aprile con prenotazione effettuata con largo anticipo molto conveniente.
