Appartamento molto spazioso immerso nelle colline marchigiane, colazione soddisfacente, posizione comoda per raggiungere luoghi di interesse, camera pulita. I bambini hanno gradito molto la compagnia dei gatti Totò e Pista. Luigino è un ottimo e simpatico padrone di casa

A one-room apartment on the ground floor of a building in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in the hills 2-3 kilometers from Matelica. The place is quite spacious and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bed is comfortable. A slightly larger shower would be nice. The Wi-Fi is good. The host is friendly and helpful. We were also visited by a group of curious cats. Overall, it's a nice place for modest price. Good choice for a few days' stay and a trip to the Grotte di Frasassi, the magnificent caves located just a 20-minute drive away.

Host molto gentile e disponibile. Il posto è molto bello, immerso nel verde. Ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno piacevole. Consiglio vivamente!

Almost everything, but mainly the absolute silence during the night. Very spacious room with tree beds, kitchen with full furniture ... and two nice kittens!

The sloweliness of the check-in: almost one hour to get in, even if already sent the document and agreed the exact time of arrival. The breakfast is with pre-packaged items and the milk looked more like white coloured water!
