What an amazing and beautiful place. We stayed overnight on our way home to cape. Town from Port Elizabeth. Wish we had more time. The host was so helpful and friendly. Served us a delicious and beautifully presented breakfast. The interior is so beautiful and made our stay so special and memorable. I loved the balcony overlooking the lush garden and swimming pool. I felt like I was in the countryside of England lol. 5 star stay. Worth every penny

We just booked because we need a place to crash for 1 night, and we were utterly blown away by all the thoughtfulness and attention to detail and comfort of the host. The breakfast was divine and we spent a calm morning watching birds and being at peace before getting back on the road. I have no doubt we will be back.

Alles war schön, das ungewöhnliche Zimmer, der liebevoll angelegte Garten und besonders hervorzuheben ist das Bemühen und die Zuvorkommenheit der Gastgeberin und das Frühstück war sowohl ein Gaumen-als ein Augenschmaus! Wunderbar! Sehr zum Empfehlen!

"Great peaceful stay along the garden route"

The garden was very calm and peaceful with the little birds. Room was very nicely equipped (there was even milk available to make your morning cappuccino). Breakfast was absolutely amazing and the host was super kind with recommendations of the area.

Das Zimmer war wunderschön und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Retina ist eine außergewöhnlich herzliche Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick in den herrlichen Garten war köstlich und liebevoll angerichtet. Eine Unterkunft, die ich von Herzen empfehlen kann!
