GBJust perfect! We stayed here with our dog for a couple of days. Quiet location, clean, cosy, comfortable and plenty of outside space to walk our dog. You have your own sitting room and private dining room. The breakfast was delicious. Friendly hosts. Definitely recommend staying here.

GBGBA filling cooked breakfast provided but no cereals, yogurt or fruit at breakfast. Excellent location . Walks on the doorstep. Having own sitting room, entry hall, bathroom and the separate bedroom on upper floor. Friendly host. Lovely extensive views. Location convenient for sight seeing. Excellent pub, Durham Ox in next village for meals and Shakesby's in Horncastle excellent too.
Wasn't any shower gel or shampoo in bathroom (just anti- bacterial hand gel on sink) but Penny soon provided some after asking. Several choices of tea bags provided but no Decaf. coffee there- we had some of our own so didn't ask whilst there. A choice of how you would like your egg cooked for breakfast e.g. poached or scrambled would be good.
