Breakfast was good - and the write amount for us toast and jams very good to have - tea and coffee good and good and comfortable seats

Room was very nice and comfortable, you can tell it was recently redecorated with a lot of taste. Breakfast is Devine!

Better indication to the car park could be a small improvement point, otherwise very happy with the out stay.

Perfect location with an easy walk into Lyme. Lovely rooms and superb breakfast with a huge menu choice. Fiona and Jon are the perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Parking is also great and secure.

Parking not obvious to find! so do check with Fiona if not sure! Quite a few steps to navigate to property and rooms.

Fantastic location, quality inclusions, with sweeping views of Lyme Regis town and still only a 10 minute walk down to harbour, uphill home, but no problem. Pool beautiful, so clean, just like the whole B and B. Every touch has been considered, cotton buds, tea bag dish, bathroom products, coffee maker…..There was nothing we could have wanted. Our room was spacious with a lounge, window seat and comfortable bed. The shower and bathroom were excellent. The breakfast produce was first class, cooked to order and beautifully presented. Fiona and Jon really know what they are doing! Perfect hosts…. There to help, friendly, relaxed and respectful.
