Overall we had a very pleasant stay, room was comfortable and breakfast good

Unfortunately we didn’t like the location as the ten minute walk into the town centre and sea front was down a very steep hill and we are in our sixties now and found it quite exhausting everyday

Ruime, strakke kamer. Goed bed en lekkere douche.

Toch flink stukje lopen naar centrum/boulevard. Veel trappen.

It was an excellent property.

Very welcoming, we arrived outside of our expected time and Fi was able to accommodate us. We stayed in the Jurassic room which was spacious, clean and had everything we needed (I'd forgotten to bring shampoo, so it was nice to find a small bottle in the bathroom). Breakfast was delicious - I quite like to eat breakfast at cafes on holiday, but had breakfast here instead, and I don't feel like I missed out at all. Really good food. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room, and the nespresso machine was a nice touch. Location is good, not so close to the centre of town that it's noisy, but within easy walking distance. Parking is available, which was handy. I'd happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a room.

Clean, comfortable accommodation in a lovely house, great breakfasts and friendly hosts. On site parking was a big plus.

Only the uphill walk from town! Maybe Booking.com advert should make it clear that some rooms are on 2nd floor and car park is a fair walk (with steps) from reception - wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others

Stayed in Anning room, which was modern and spotlessly clean. King size comfy bed and a sofa to relax on. Lovely view. Very good shower. Room well-serviced and replenished daily. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful hosts. Short walk down into town & beach. Would definitely stay again.

As in most places in Lyme, un uphill walk back to property, but was as expected so not a problem!

Firstly hosts Fiona and John were great, friendly and easygoing, breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice. Rooms and whole place were very clean, the pool area was brilliant to sit round in the sun, didn't use the pool. we loved our stay and couldn't of been made more welcome. Great place, location and town, it was such a pleasure and can't thank Fiona and John enough, thank you and hope to see you both soon. Best wishes Peter & Jackie
