"Would stay here again in a minute! Excellent room, lovely innkeeper, beautiful setting."

We had a great stay here. So close to the ferry for Clare Island as well as Louisburgh. The room was so clean and cozy, with a lovely view of the green valley and surrounding hills. The innkeeper, Mary was warm and solicitous and she is an expert baker of breads, scones, cakes and everything in between! She is very knowledgeable of the area and always happy to provide information and advice. Wifi was good, better than we had in Dublin. Five stars for Mary and this B&B!

Wonderful guests. Provided tea when we arrived. Much appreciated by two weary cyclists. Also multiple pieces of homemade fruitcake. Sooooooo tasty!

Mary made us very welcome and made us a cup of tea when we arrived with a piece of homemade cake which was really appreciated. Everywhere was clean and tidy and breakfast was very good.

The accomodation was a bit off the beaten track, we had a job to find it.

"Truly felt like I was being hosted by family who wanted to ensure I was looked after"

The property is located at the top of a hill with some magnificent views over lush green fields. The premises themselves are clean and comfortable. The place has a common dining room and living room but sleeping quarters for guests are on one side of building while the hosts are on the other. The rooms were very comfortable and I had access to my own bathroom. Breakfast was copious and delicious. Highly recommend Mary's bread
