Comfy room, everything clean and new. Staff very nice

Third floor no elevator/ lift, it was hard to carry the sleepy children to the room. Hot water suddenly turned cold

The location is perfect 20 min from Garda lake. The staff was very pleasant. The room was nice but a little bit small (For us it was OK).

Breakfast was amazing. Nice lady prepared us delicious food and we got to choose from plenty of different things to try and eat. Room and house where very clean and new...

I am 196 cm tall and I do not prefer low ceilings in the rooms at the top floor of the house, but everything else was great so we enjoyed our stay very much.

"The most lovely hosts we have ever met"

The most lovely hosts we have ever met and we have already met many. The owners live in the house, so you will have a breakfest in their own kitchen, you will eat the food they prepare at home, they will share with you tips where to go while making you espresso, etc. Very nice experience. Thank you!

Host is unbelievable. Generous breakfast you look forward to.

Low ceilings. You can expect to bump in some beams couple of times. But you get used to those.

"Fine place for a short stay."

The hearty breakfast was the best part, and the room was clean.

We had a room on the upper flour, which was quite small and had very low ceiling.
