Sehr netter, weltoffenen Gastgeber, gute Lage in Strand und Hafennähe, keine Parkgebühren, da man direkt an der Unterkunft auf der Straße parken kann. Von der Unterkunft sind es nur 20 min mit dem PKM zum Messezentrum RAI.

Ein kleiner Tisch im Zimmer wäre noch schön. Allgemeiner Hinweis: das Zimmer wird über eine realtiv steile und schmale Treppe erreicht.
