"Great location great bar next door"

The property is right in the centre close to all amenities. Only a few minutes from the ferry. Staff were all friendly and welcoming from check in we felt like regulars

5 Stars – A Hidden Gem with an Exceptional Host! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Roomz Portaferry! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome — and that’s all thanks to our amazing host, Tracy. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. Her warmth, attention to detail, and local knowledge made all the difference. The room was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. The location is ideal — just a short stroll from the water with beautiful views and lovely walks nearby. Tracy truly is a credit to the place. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having the best experience possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roomz Portaferry to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-run spot on the coast. We’ll definitely be back — thank you, Tracy!
