a Dam's View Accommodation

Her home is beautiful that I cannot take away from her. But I also would not want to be hosted by them

Marlene seemed very nice at first , it all changed when my 2 friends who I booked my place with arrived She came to room after my friends arrived kate without knocking saying she is the owner of house she wants to know hiw maby people are sleeping , the booking says three and respons 2 ( my friend came with her husband so she was not going to sleep there , they came just for dinner) She told us the Gas heated must not be on 3 bars becasue one guest burnt her door. Within 5 min the gas was off , my friend looked for her asking other guest if one of them is the owner( they were having a braai) to get assistance for the Gas The husband came and try to light the heater convinced us the gas is not empty but had an back and forth with my friend ,he was upset and left. Following day I noticed my friends pillow was dirty and we discussed the matter,upon depature I made a comment to the cleaning ladies that ' we are freezing, your employer is not friendly , they did not exchange the gas" Later in that morning receiving a call from Marlene screaming at me that she took pictures becasue she knows I will rate her bad on booking.com and she always have problems with the people who book from booking.com 1. That I told her staff I was rude to her 2. Who will pay for her pillow and canister that we have ruined . My response to her I do not knkw becasue she qas rather not peoffesional to us whe she budged in without knocking and addressed us unprefdessional. And threatened to block me on booking.com She was more concerned about my rating rather than addressing the matter profdesionally

Well appointed and clean accommodation. Lovely location - sharing a fence with the nature reserve. Rhino came right up to the fence!

Amazing location The room has a small kitchen to.make a meal and a fridge to keep any cold drinks or food you may have. Bed was comfortable and parking was private and secure Definitely worth it

Shower pressure could be stronger

Everything. One of the best experiences I've had in an accommodation. The friendly dog graced us with a morning greeting, a gorgeous and friendly little pup 🐶. The receptionist very helpful and patient 😊. I rate it 1000/100,my Expectations were pleasantly exceeded.
