David allowed us to drop off our bags a couple of hours early. Pleasant walking distance to middle of Queenstown - 15 minutes.

Noise from guest staying above our room, late at night and early the next morning.

David is an amazing host; attentive to detail and very organised. We loved the room and our breakfast each morning overlooking the lake! A peaceful stay 15 mins walk into town but away from the crowds.
