On site car parking, it’s location & the owner was helpful. Breakfast was included which was a pleasant bonus.

Although the location was great, the walk into town taking 10-15 minutes, it was steeply downhill which meant getting home was steeply uphill…so much so we got an Uber home each night (not expensive).

Friendly, comfortable, cosy. Bed was comfy, sheets & duvet gorgeous. My view from ground floor lovely still being able to see the lake and mountains. 15 min walk to town . The ground floor had a large bathroom & shower and the room had heaps of space. A big room, I was very comfortable here.

It is a walk to town, but through pleasant suburbs area and still scenic.

Great views from the room and balcony if you are happy with the short walk, which is not bad at all. Don't be daunted the approach by car when you arrive. You turn back down the hill! Nice breakfast in the room. Good shower. All very comfortable.

The room was cosy, comfortable, and a good-sized bathroom. The room faces Lake Wakatipu. The host, David, was very helpful and brought us our breakfast.

We are in the ground floor room, and we can hear footsteps from the guests staying in the room above us.
