"Whitstable"

9.0

Whitstable was a first visit for us and we found it quite charming.

There are not enough seating / resting places along the beach to enjoy the view.

"Excellent stay in Whitstable"

10.0

A great place to stay. Very close to town, walking distance to the harbour, pubs and restaurants. Sue, the host, couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. 5* breakfast to start the day.

"Good honest hospitality"

Sue is an excellent host - our room was bright airy and comfortable - very much enjoyed breakfast.

Location means traffic noise.

"Good"

7.0

Mrs Sue is really kind and helpful, the location is excellent both for going to the center and to the station and the breakfast prepared directly by the lady was more than good. The room was cleaned and tidied up every day.

Too bad about the noise in the room. If there is also the adjacent room occupied by other guests it will be impossible to sleep. The big problem lies in flushing or using the shower in the other rooms which sets off a truly unbearable noise from the pipes and drains.

"Lovely guest house and great host."

9.0

Located on the Canterbury road and just 10 minutes walk into the town and to the beach we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Sue who was an excellent host. Lovely bedroom with huge bed, en suite with excellent shower. Great breakfast that set you up for the day! Lots of interesting locations to visit in the area with a bus stop opposite if you didn't fancy driving. Parking also available at the property which is not always the case in Whitstable.

"Very pleasant and comfortable"

8.0

Excellent breakfast.icaruin very good for walking into the centre of town or to the beach The only drawback was that the road was noisy until about 11.30 at night. The hostess, Sue, is a very nice person and has kitted the rooms out really well. She has thought of everything and is very welcoming.

Just a less noisy road but it wasn't too much of a problem.

"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

10.0

Sue was genuinely friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The best B & B we've stayed at and the breakfasts were superb and consistent with an excellent choice. Our first stay in Whitstable, Sue's local knowledge was invaluable and up to date.

There was nothing to dislike. Good facilities and spotlessly clean. Would stay again.
