This place is in a really beautiful location full of trees and very near wind turbines (I see this as a big plus as very relaxing to watch them go round and round). It is also easy enough to get around with public transportation as there are bus stops close by. The rooms are lovely as well, bed comfortable and overall interior design is nice too. They serve a big enough breakfast and I get the feeling they would be happy to provide whatever else that a guest might want if asked. Then there is the lovely Ilse who is truly a warm personality and does all she can to make you feel at home. I highly recommend this place.

The hospitality was very very good! Very lovely lady!! Came to extra friends and that was no problem. She was very open minded! She had experience with festival-people.

Our room was quiet hot, but there was a fan and a mobile airco on the coridor (but we didn't noticed 🙈.

A peaceful farm location, excellent attention to detail and a fantastic breakfast spread. comfortable living room and outside seating area too.

Sharing a bathroom with other guests, but not really an issue.

We just spent two days at the De Meander under the charming hospitality of Katelijne and in the beautiful Dutch countryside. The Wellness Suite was spacious, comfortable and luxurious…and the very peaceful surroundings amongst open grassfields and poppy flowers was amazing. Being on the grounds of a real working dairy farm was also very special for the children- we even saw a baby calf born on the morning of our departure! Thank you Katelijne for all of your assistance and kind hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic and friendly experience with a great host. Clean, orderly and warm with a superb breakfast every day. Peaceful surroundings and great for walks or runs...Would definitely be back in case I need to visit the area again...

My girlfriend and I came here from Los Angeles and from the moment we stepped foot on the property it was picturesque, just like a landscape painting. Surrounded by beautiful green plains, and the dairy farms cows, you are really immersed in the quaint area of Oirschot and the best possible aspect of Dutch culture. The host Katelijne was the most accommodating and friendly person. She prepared the best food and made us feel extremely welcome when we came in. Also, she gave us great suggestions such as taking a bike ride to the Le Trappe brewery (which I highly recommend). This place was our second stop on the trip, the first being Amsterdam. And I have to say, this gave us a much better sense of where the true beauty of the Netherlands and their people resided. The best part though was our room. We opted to stay in the Spa Suite and it was more luxurious than any 5 star hotel that I've stayed in. With his and her showers, an amazing California King bed, A full sauna, massive jet tub and much more. We felt like we were in heaven. I honestly can't say enough good things about my stay here and I would highly recommend everyone to stay here!

Our room was large enough for the three of us. Our beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty. Our hostess, Katelijne, is a delight. She was very attentive to our needs and took time to get to know us. The only thing we would change is that the bathroom and shower are not in the room. They are downstairs. Since we were the only guests during our stay, there was not a lot of competition for them. We will keep B&B de Meander in mind for future trips.
